- Ya que este completamente bardeado el tocino, poner el lomo dentro de un refractario y agregarle la miel por encima hasta cubrir todas las bardas del lomo, enseguida agregar los frutos secos.


- Con papel aluminio cubriremos la parte de arriba del refractario.


- Horneamos el lomo por 1 hora y 40 minutos, pasado el tiempo con unas pinzas quitar el papel aluminio para dejar dorar de 15 a 20 minutos. (al gusto)
