  8. En una olla agregar la mezcla para calentar y revolver cada tanto hasta que espese y quede de la consistencia deseada.
  9. Si no tienen con qué triturarla ponen a derretir la manteca en una olla con un chorrito de agua para que no se queme, luego agregar sal y la harina poco a poco. Revolver bien para evitar grumos. Finalmente agregar la leche y el puré de calabaza y batir hasta lograr la consistencia deseada.
  10. Emplatar el pollo y las papas y rociar por encima la salsa. Le pueden agregar un poco de perejil solo para darle un toque de verde al final.
