Desgasificar un poco y dividir la masa en tres bollitos, luego formar cilindros y trenzar (la forma es a gusto) Colocar la trenza en un molde enmantecado y enharinado de 24 cm, tapar y dejar leudar nuevamente, pincelar con huevo batido y llevar a horno moderado precalentado por 40 min o hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga seco y esté dorado en su superficie
  4. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar para luego cortarlo y disfrutar de este manjar de los dioses!
