- En un bol puse el puré, el huevo, Ricota y nuez moscada. Mezclé y agregué harina. Luego en la mesada seguí agregando hasta formar un bollo. (Aconsejo poner 1/2 cta de Royal para que queden más livianos)
- Cortar trozos formando cilindros y estos, cortarlos en trozos pequeños. Poner harina, y con un tenedor ir formando los ñoquis.(Cada poco poner el dedo en la harina, para que no se nos pegue la masa)
- Hervir el agua con aceite y hervirlos hasta que estén tiernos. Colar y disfrutar con tuco o salsa a gusto. (No puse queso pues tienen Ricota, pero es a gusto)¡Buen Provecho!
