- Le agregamos una capa más de la mezcla sobre el queso, que quede bien tapada, ya que debemos darla vuelta para que se cocine de ambos lados

- Colocar la mezcla, dejar que se cocine por la base un ratito y con la ayuda de una espátula y con cuidado darlas vuelta, hasta que termine de cocinarse de ambos lados.

- Una vez que ya se cocinaron de ambos lados, me gusta sacarlas y ponerlas sobre una hoja de rolisec para que se absorba el aceite
